Welcome to the website of the Court of Protection Bar Association. The CPBA is a professional membership association for barristers who specialise in cases in the Court of Protection and in providing advice in relation to such cases. We exist:

To support and educate our members
To improve the quality of service our members provide to litigants who appear in the Court of Protection
To be a voice for barristers working in this specialist area within the wider justice community
